Regular ADN assembly. (Summary)
The assembly meets at the ADN
quarters in Tembleque Street, 62, in Madrid, (Cultural
Centre ‘Thirteen Roses’) at 19:30
with the presence of 30 members plus one being
represented, initially and some more arriving
later.
Before the report from the board was presented,
Carmen Díez Álvarez, (No. 593) proposes
that two regular assemblies take place annually.
Only one vote supports the proposal.
The President, Ismael Rodrigo takes the floor.
Ismael reads a report of the activities, one per
month, so as not to lengthen the presentation,
(see presentation
in article of December, 2002).
Carlos Gil requests the collaboration of all members
to make thing work properly.
Raquel de la Rosa reports that since the opening
of the naturist schedule at the Casa de Campo
swimming pool , a group of young people has taken
up the organization of different activities.
José Luis López-Pozuelo reports
about the trips of last year, like those to the
Parra reservoir, Tres Puentes, and others. He
also reports on Bio-culture and its good results.
Suka tells us of the good relationship existing
with the foreign federations, specifically the
British and Portuguese ones.
Carlos Gil speaks about the time City Hall called
us to sign the agreement whereby we had access
to the Lago swimming pool with a nudist timetable.

During the assembly , the substitution of the
treasurer, Juan Pozuelo, for Raquel de la Rosa,
takes place and Juan stays as Secretary of ADN
from now on.
The budget is approved, including an amount for
unexpected expenses. The new budged is passed
by 24 votes to 6.
The Secretary, Juan Pozuelo, tells us that some
members have left us, some voluntarily and others
because of unpaid dues.
Juan Pozuelo tells us that the last member carries
the number 668.
The President, Ismael Rodrigo, asks us if there
is a proposal for a new board. As there aren’t
any, the old board presided by Ismael Rodrigo
is voted in and passed by 31 votes, with no votes
against and 1 who chose not to vote. The new board
is as follows:
Vice-president: Carlos Gil.
Secretary: Juan Pozuelo González
Treasurer: Raquel de la Rosa González.
The President informs us that the monthly bulletin
is to disappear, and is replaced by a publication
issued every three months. He also requests written
contributions from all of us.
Carlos Gil, acting as Vice-president, will be
in charge of relations with the media.
There are projects for the future such as participation
in FITUR, BIOCULTURA and several meetings, as
well as trips and other activities to be organised.
Ismael Rodrigo tells us about the inter-federal
meeting of Western Countries which is to be held
at the end of May.
There is the agreement to be signed with City
hall about the use of the swimming pool. We’ll
try and negotiate on an open swimming pool for
the summer. Member 593 says that we do not know
what is going to happen to the swimming pool agreement
after the elections.
Besides the swimming pool, there is the intention
of having access to an natural urban bath area.
At 21:45 the assembly is declared closed, as there
are no further questions or comments to make.
Juan Pozuelo,
ADN Secretary.
