On the first of March, 2005, like every first Saturday in the month, from 11:30 to 14:30, we enjoyed the facilities of the Casa de Campo covered public pool. We can also sunbathe on the outdoor grass as we are there at around midday when the sun is high. On this occasion, as he International Day of the Woman, 8th of March, was only a few days away, ADN decided to invite women, members or not, through the press, to come and join us for free.
The weather was good and Alipio, the ADN member, was able to teach us Yoga for an hour. Anybody who wished was welcome to the lessons. The idea was such a success that we have decided to do it again every month.
