where cars do not have access, nudism can be practiced
("Calas del Parque Natural do Carreirón", to the
west of "Illa of Arousa".) |

O
Grove is joined to the peninsula by the "Itsmo de
La Lanzada" . On the beach of the same name nudism
is practiced in the areas which are furtherest from

de la Barra y Donón" (La Barra y Donón beaches);
to the east of "Cangas de Morrazo"; after
"Nerga beach" (the only one easily accessible
by car. From Nerga you arrive to "La Barra"
walking toward the mouth of the river) (Nerga
is not naturist). It is a real naturist paradise
with hundreds of metres of beach (700mx30m),
"chiringuitos", good atmosphere thanks to
its difficult access. Especially recommended.

going towards "Moaña".

of "Monteagudo o do Norte" (Islands Cies).

from Samil to Calsoa. Urban beach! Next to the famous
"O Baluarte" beach. There are a wood way
from the "O Baluarte" parking to the "A
Fontaiña" beach about 100 m. |

of "San Martiño o do Sur" (Islands Cies). |

this list of places should be understood as
those which are mostly frequented by naturists.
It does not mean that either you cannot be
in the nude anywhere else or that you will
find more nudists there.
